Shipping Costs

• Free Delivery — Available for orders above TZS 200,000 within Dar es Salaam.

• Dar es Salaam: TZS 5,000 — 10,000 depending on distance.

• Upcountry Regions: TZS 10,000 — 30,000 depending on location and package size.

• Zanzibar: TZS 15,000 — 25,000 depending on package size.

• Store Pickup: Free — Collect from our Kariakoo store at no cost.

Order Processing

Here's how we process your order:

Step 1: Order Confirmation — You receive an SMS and email confirming your order immediately after payment.

Step 2: Processing — We prepare and package your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Step 3: Dispatch — Your order is handed to our delivery partner and you receive tracking information.

Step 4: Delivery — Your order arrives at your doorstep. Someone must be available to receive it.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

• We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
