Orders and Payment

When you place an order with us:

• An order confirmation will be sent to your phone number and/or email.

• Payment is required before orders are processed and dispatched.

• We accept payments through Airtel Money, Vodacom M-Pesa, and Mix by Yas.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

• In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed.

Delivery and Shipping

We aim to deliver your products in a timely manner:

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability.

• Free delivery is available within Dar es Salaam for orders above a certain amount.

• Delivery fees apply for orders outside Dar es Salaam based on location.

• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery of the product.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase:

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective or damaged.

• Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.

• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after return approval.

• Change of mind returns may be accepted at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

All products sold by Matete Online Store come with manufacturer warranty:
